What the connector receives, what is kept, and what is not.
Only what your AI sends to compute: a water volume, heights, temperatures, a refrigerant, a charge, a room volume. No account, no key, no login. The connector never reads your conversation, your files or your models.
Each call writes one line in the server log — the tool, the main figures, the duration — and sends one notification email to the operator, with what was asked and the essentials of the answer. This is how the service is watched and improved. Logs are kept on the operator's own server in Switzerland, rotated by the system, and are not shared.
The technical parameters of a calculation are not personal data: no name, no address, no identifier travels through the connector.
On thenewengineer.com, an account holds an email address, and an uploaded IFC model is processed to produce the 3D view and the calculations. Models and accounts are deleted on request. Write to [email protected] to obtain, correct or delete what concerns you.
